A conversation about collaboration in Mission

It’s time ...

The mission of sharing that Jesus is coming back does not belong only to institutions, ministries, leaders, or employees. It belongs to all of us.

Empty Jars is an invitation to reclaim our responsibility as lay people and begin a deep cultural change by building a collaborative environment where technology enables transparency, accountability, and fair governance, allowing us to serve together without unnecessary bureaucracy or barriers.

“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind”
Imagine what could be

What could happen if we brought what we have?

Imagine collaborating without fear, unnecessary bottlenecks, or the need to control one another. Ideas could meet skills, needs could meet resources, and people could contribute wherever God has prepared them to serve.

We do not need to begin with everything figured out. We can begin by asking what each of us can bring: an idea, a skill, a relationship, a resource, a question, a calling, or simply a willingness to help.

Begin with what you have

What is the jar you can bring?

Technology. Leadership. Governance. Music. Teaching. Business. Prayer. Encouragement.

Whatever God has placed in your hands, bring it. Tell us what is on your heart, what you have begun, what you can contribute, or what questions you carry.

Tell us about your jar
